Did Hezbollah or Israel Bomb the Israeli Soccer Field?

The current acceleration to a regional war in the Middle East is being fueled by a bomb which landed on a soccer field in Israel occupied Golan Heights which killed 12 children, most of them Druze. The West appears to have completely accepted the Israeli story that it was a rocket fired by Hezbollah. Though Israel would never lie to the U.S. about anything, there is a definite probability that it was an Israeli missile which malfunctioned and detonated in the soccer field. This would invalidate any semblance of legitimacy for Israel's retaliation on the Hezbollah leader in Lebanon or the Hamas leader in Tehran.
