FEMA Aid Blocked to States that Boycott Israel

The Trump administration changed the requirements to receive 1.9 billion in FEMA disaster preparation aid to exclude states or cities that refuse to sign an agreement not to boycott Israel. Since the filming of this episode, FEMA has removed this requirement, but that is only due to the significant uproar about the absolute insanity of being so Israel first that an American President conditions disaster aid for Americans on whether or not they support a different country - Israel.
