In this episode, Viktor makes a logical argument. Americans are violent. Americans seek outlets for violence such as watching football or MMA. We actually don't want to see people die or their careers ended when we watch these sports. These last two statements could be summed up as follows: Americans want to own guns and defend their families but they don't want to shoot random people. Viktor then applies this concept to war. Americans don't want forever wars in the Middle East, but when we feel like we are being attacked, usually via a false flag or a provoked attack, we then rally to the flag for our "defense". Viktor's theory here is an interesting look into the American anti-war sentiment and how the System abuses the good nature of Americans to continuously embroil the U.S. in forever wars.
