Gaddafi's Direct Democracy Philosophy

Following up on yesterday's episode about Muammar Gaddafi, we discuss Gaddafi's Green Book in this episode. This book is a mixture of direct democracy and socialism, the latter of which is very close to communism. Nonetheless, there are some fantastic ideas in this book and we heartily encourage you to read it for yourself. At the end of the episode there is a bonus clip wherein we point out that the U.S. position of supporting Israel because it is the only "democracy" in the Middle East is nonsense when you realize that the U.S. crushed every other democracy in the region.
